- Do you sell individual items? No we only specialise in bulk orders - perfect for catering companies, conference centres, funeral service companies, traditional weddings and resellers.

- Sample boxes are available for biscuits, muffins and scones for clients who wish to satisfy themselves with quality assurance before committing to bulk ordering.

PRODUCTS CARE AND STORAGE

- How do I store the products? : They are made using fresh ingredients which makes them perishable, please store them in a cool dry place

- How long do the products last? : The shelf life varies according to product type but between 3 and 7 days

ORDERING

- How do I place and order ? : Orders are placed online via the website or whats app

- You select your product, add to cart, select the variant, if applicable and check out.

- Delivery costs added upon checkout and varies according to distance from site.

- Please place your order atleast 48 hours before the required delivery date to be safe.

DELIVERY

- Do you deliver? : Yes, we offer delivery service on a flat rate for up to 50km from Dainfern Square, Midrand

- Can I self collect? We offer this under extreme special circumstances and with prior arrangement only, subject to volume of order.

PAYMENT

- How do I pay? : We offer secure online payment via card on PayFast gateway. Full payment is required to confirm your order production slot.

CANCELLATION

- Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order and refunds are subject to terms and conditions of the refund policy.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED

- We are an industrial online bakery located in Dainfern, Midrand and do not operate a walk in store. All interactions are managed digitally and self collection orders possible only by prior arrangement and dependent on volume.
